1. About FunInk.Shop
FunInk.Shop is operated by RDL Company, LLC, a California business. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.funink.shop and purchases made through our store.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Using Our Website
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate order and account information and use the website lawfully. You may not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access, infringement of another person’s rights, or activities that interfere with its operation.
3. Made-to-Order Products
We sell print-on-demand apparel, gifts, and accessories. Products are made after an order is placed and fulfilled through production partners, including Printify and its network of print providers.
Please review the product description, size chart, color, quantity, and other selected options before ordering.
Product photographs and mockups illustrate the intended appearance. Screen settings and printing processes may cause minor differences in color or design placement. These differences do not excuse defects, incorrect items, or products that are materially different from their descriptions.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter the agreed price of an order we have already accepted.
Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.
5. Orders and Availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may contact you if we cannot fulfill it because of unavailable products, an apparent pricing error, payment problems, or suspected fraud.
We will not substitute a materially different product or increase your order total without your agreement.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will promptly refund the amount paid for the canceled merchandise and any associated charges that must be refunded.
6. Production and Shipping
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Availability for a particular address depends on the product, print provider, and shipping service.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Selecting a shipping service does not mean production is completed immediately.
Please review the production and delivery information on the product page and our Shipping page. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
If we cannot ship within the stated shipment timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised timeframe when available, and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law.
Items in the same order may be produced separately and arrive in different packages.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact hello@funink.shop promptly if you notice an address error or experience a delivery problem.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, email hello@funink.shop as soon as possible and include your order number.
Because products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins. This includes changes to sizes, colors, designs, quantities, and delivery details. We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated.
This restriction does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law, including rights relating to shipment delays.
8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Change of Mind and Selection Errors
Our products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size, color, or design.
Please review your selections and the product’s size chart before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, report the issue within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem. If multiple items are affected, photographs of each affected item may be needed.
For verified damage, manufacturing defects, or fulfillment errors, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge or a refund, as appropriate.
You generally do not need to return a damaged or defective item. Please do not send anything back unless we provide specific return instructions.
Reporting an Issue Through Our Order-Support Service
We use Printify Connect to help customers report post-delivery issues. You may receive a post-delivery email containing a link to review your order or request help.
You may report an issue through that order-support link or email hello@funink.shop. If you cannot find the link, contact us for assistance.
Our fulfillment partner helps review these requests. FunInk.Shop remains your point of contact for updates and is responsible for arranging any customer refund due to you. Submitting a request does not automatically approve a replacement or refund.
Delivery Problems
For a missing package, an unsuccessful delivery, or another shipping issue, contact hello@funink.shop promptly so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier.
The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances and your rights under applicable law.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this section or our Returns & Exchanges Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and maintaining accurate account information.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We may restrict accounts used for fraud, unlawful activity, or misuse of the website. Account restrictions do not remove obligations we owe you concerning existing purchases.
10. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, and original designs belong to RDL Company, LLC or their respective owners or licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information, including information shared with providers that help us process payments, fulfill orders, deliver products, and provide customer support.

12. Website Information and Availability
We aim to keep product information and website content accurate. If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options.
Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Statements about website availability do not limit your rights concerning products you have purchased.
13. Consumer Rights and Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any warranty, liability, consumer protection, or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.
Using a third-party production, shipping, or payment provider does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on www.funink.shop with a new “Last updated” date. Please review them before placing an order.
Updated terms apply to future orders. The terms in effect when you place an order govern that purchase unless you agree otherwise.
