Questions Before Ordering
We can help with product details, sizing information, shipping availability, and questions about our policies.
Please include the product name or a link to the item you are considering.
Help With an Existing Order
Include your order number and a brief description of what you need. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photographs showing the problem.
Please do not email card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive payment information.
Track Your Order
Check the shipment email sent to the email address used at checkout. Items may ship separately, so your order may have more than one tracking number.
If you cannot find your shipment information, check your spam folder or email us for assistance.
Report a Product Problem
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 calendar days of delivery.
You can use the order-support link in your post-delivery email or contact hello@funink.shop. Our Printify Connect service helps review these reports, and FunInk.Shop will keep you informed about the outcome.

Change or Cancel an Order
Contact us immediately with your order number and requested change. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins.
