FunInk.Shop products are made to order. Our policy distinguishes between selection errors or changes of mind and problems with the item you receive.
Change of Mind, Wrong Size, or Wrong Color
We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, color, or design.
Please review the product description, size chart, and selected options before purchasing. If you need help choosing a size, contact hello@funink.shop before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, report the issue within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number.
A description of the problem.
Clear photographs showing the item and the issue.
Photographs of each affected item if more than one item has a problem.
For verified damage, manufacturing defects, or fulfillment errors, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge or a refund, as appropriate.
How to Request Help
You can report an issue using the order-support link in your post-delivery email, when available, or email hello@funink.shop.
We use Printify Connect to help review post-delivery issues. FunInk.Shop remains your point of contact for updates and is responsible for arranging any customer refund due to you.
Submitting a request does not automatically approve a replacement or refund. We may request additional information to assess the issue.
Please Contact Us Before Returning Anything
You generally do not need to return a damaged or defective item.
Do not send products to Printify, a print provider, or the return address on your package unless we have specifically provided return instructions.
Refunds
f a refund is approved, FunInk.Shop will confirm the amount and arrange the refund to your original payment method where available.
The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Contact hello@funink.shop if you need help checking an approved refund.

Missing Packages
For a missing package or unsuccessful delivery, contact hello@funink.shop promptly so we can investigate. These situations are reviewed separately from damage or manufacturing defects.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including applicable cancellation and refund rights for shipment delays.
